Digga West are currently operating as usual, Monday to Friday 8:30am to 5pm.
During this time we are taking actions to protect our employees wellbeing & to maintain reliable service for our customers.
To maintain a safe workplace for employees & visitors during this time please do not visit the premises if you have the following:
- Returned from any overseas location or interstate & not completed the 14 day self isolation period as per government requirements
- Cold or flu like symptoms
- Been in contact with a confirmed case of Covid 19 & not completed the 14 day self isolation period as per government requirements
Whilst our working conditions may vary in the future, our facilities are operational, and we will remain accessible at all times on via telephone 9457 1544, email and through the website.
If you are picking up items, we will have packed appropriately, larger items on a skid/pallet which can be loaded directly onto your vehicle. Smaller items will be packed into cartons for customers to load themselves.
Any items being delivered can you please ensure you have items packaged appropriately, ie larger items on a pallet/skid & for smaller items in appropriate packaging for contactless delivery
Regarding any repairs/service requirements, again please have items packages appropriately & allow an additional timeframe as items will be sanitised/cleaned in readiness for any repairs/service works to be started & also redone when finished before being returned.
Please allow for slight delays with freight deliveries. We have received notifications that many freight companies will now have earlier cut off times.
